1/2 day or 1 day boat handling course which is suitable for adults and children from the age of 8 upwards.
Aims to teach an introduction to boat handling and seamanship in powerboats, and above all safety.
As a result, this Powerboat handling course provides the basic skills and background knowledge to gain a feel what it is like to handle a powerboat.
It focuses on low speed close quarters handling, parking the boat, introduction to driving at planing speed and collision regulations.
The AIM of the TRY POWERBOATING course is to get you the practical experience of driving a boat. You will be out on the water with a highly experienced and qualified powerboat instructor.
Location? : Meet at our Glasgow city centre location for registration and theory then we will head out on the river on our training powerboat. 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ.
Course Info? : Try Powerboating courses are run every week but can be run on demand maximum 4 students per course.
Price and Book? : 1/2 day £175 per person. Full day £250 per person.
